Security Department (보안국, Boanguk / 保安局, Hoan-kyoku / 保安局, Bǎo'ān jú), is the organization of the Church of Madonna in Denma.
Summary[]
It's first appeared in the Chapter 2 A Catnap (2) - Ch.324. Their headquarters is a pyramid shape floating on some planet.
In the several years ago of current time, Chapter 2 A Catnap, Gatsu thinks some incident will empower the Bishops who insist on breaking up here. And the Chief of here says to Max that he doesn't feel good about this and he feels like it was all a set up now and it feels as if things are happening according to the words of the Heads from the See. The Chief of here guesses the dissolution of here that the reformists are insisting, even if the principalist archbishops speak up in the meeting they'll either try to merge the 2 departments or make here a part of the Internal Affairs.
In the 7 years ago of current time, Chapter 1 Sixteen (26), Max becomes Deputy director of Inspection Department, and (30), Tear is Black Chapter agent. And the current time, Chapter 1 God's Lover (7), the Chief of here becomes Deputy director of Inspection Department.
They wear a ivory suit on a khaki dress shirt and a ivory tie. This is their costume.
History[]
Hades' first escape[]
The Internal Affairs member reports to Gatsu that Hades is escaped because the control systems were all disabled. Gatsu says he'll report to the Boss and orders they've everyone on emergency stand-by. When the Internal Affairs member goes out,
In Inspection Department, Gatsu calls the Bishop and reports that Hades escaped successfully. The Bishop says now the Inspection Commander will form a search team to chase Hades down, and they should know this by now and they'll form another search team to chase him separately. The Bishop orders that Hades can't get caught by either team until his job is done, so Gatsu has to chase him but the point is to never capture him or has him captured, and tell the Inspection Commander that he want to lead the search team, once the job's done he'll be in charge of the Inspection Department. The Chief of here is hears the reports that the controls were all disabled, and says right before a very important event so he can guess who's behind all this, and they're trying to draw attention to Hades. And the Chief of here orders that the Inspection Department have no intention of capturing Hades, so they'll quickly send out the search team of their own to capture the escaped prisoner before the event, so he'll has their elite member of here Max, handle this situation.
Technically, it's their duty to capture escaped convicts and the Inspection Department have to overinterpret the operational rules of inspection to make it their business. If there're any more of 4, it'll slow them down and the problem is, if the Inspection Department have the same number of personnel, they'll be a head of them because they're better then them, so Gatsu put Balack to fill the gap.
Gatsu says to Balack that the Inspection Department will catch Hades at the right time and he'll tell him when, it's because they're competing against them, and he heard that they sent Abigail to check him, so it turns out that the 3 troublemakers of church body are getting together at the same place and everyone knows about this at church body, so go strong because they don't let the security guys take him, and get rid of some traces and information that could tell them Hades' next target before the Security Department guys arrive. But they and Abigail are arrive by the teleporting Quanx. Max asks why the Internal Affairs is sweeping where Hades already swept through.
Max introduces that he's the leader of the search party from here. Gatsu also introduces that he's the leader from the Internal Affairs. Max and Gatsu are shake hands and Max says if they're not going to help each other, let's not interfere with each other. At this time, Balack threatens Abigail to lower his eyes. Gatsu and Max think that they're trying to fight right now. Abigail rejects Balack's words.
Balack says he'll tear Abigail up into pieces to makes it an example for church body. Abigail lowers his eyes, and Mole face is taunts to Balack that their sounds like some gangsters, and threatens him to lower his eyes because he's some nobody from the Internal Affairs. The Internal Affairs members are angry that, but Yellow green is even-tempers. Mole face says the job of here is to beat up crazy dogs that cause trouble like Balack in church body, and they're not doing anything to him because they don't want his dirt rubbing off on them. Max says to Gatsu that they're all a little on edge because of this issue. Gatsu says that it'll get worse once the actual searching begins, so they probably won't be so considerate toward here by then, and they'll head out since they're done with the investigation here. All Internal Affairs members are disappeared through the teleporting Quanx. All members are high-five to Mole face. Max says if the Internal Affairs guys bother the Mole face, beat them up, and Monkey face says Abigail can look up now. Max thinks maybe he should beat him up first. At this time, Abigail gets a call from Agnes. Agnes says an order from the top wants Abigail to not only get rid of Hades the escapee, but also protect Max from all harms, and when everything is settled down big changes will be made to church body's system, and Max is expected to be assigned to a very important role.
The Internal Affairs search team have meeting at a fast-food restaurant. The Internal Affairs got the Security team's profile, so they sharing it. Gray marks says that Abigail's ability is Acceleration, and Yellow green says that's how he earned the nickname One-against-hundred. There's a guy with Energy Adjustment and Transmission ability could be problematic for them, and Gatsu says their team formation is a little weird because unless this guy is an attacker, someone needs to stay with this guy but then the five-on-five balance is broken. Gray marks says they could also be focusing on arresting Hades, and Gatsu says they'll have to go through the Internal Affairs before they arrest him and they know that. Balack says to Gatsu that just attack them and pull back when they've to, and he got the Mole face. Gatsu says he want Balack to take Max more important, that was their deal. Max says the Internal Affairs team is only have attackers to disrupt them, and Gatsu might question their team formation. Monkey guy says to Max that they breaking the balance with the attackers. Max says they got one more on their end because one of their team members is from the Internal Affairs. Gatsu thinks the whole Security guys will be called out for it in the end.
The Internal Affairs and they're detects Hades' position. Monkey guy reports to Max that Hades' last target was the chemical complex, and this time it's church's biochemical lab.
The Internal Affairs and they're try teleport to Hades.
Hades explodes a cube, and makes a person to it, and he meets Max. Max introduces himself to he's from here, and used to be a WFC light-heavyweight fighter and he punches him through Partial Teleportation. At this time, Yellow hair appears and says his movement sound is much softer than Hades, and disappears them. After that, Monkey guy takes away Hades' energy and transmits it to the Mole face, and he's called Hammer Crush, and blows his fist and knocks him down. Abigail comes to Hades and says those guys are here to arrest him but he's not.
Abigail says he came to put Hades to rest in the name of Madonna and in the name of Joshua, rest in peace, and he uses Passionate Banging. Max says it's so frivolous. Ten punches per second when Abigail uses this tremendous skill he get super tired so he falls down. Monkey guy transmits energy to Abigail and he continues to use Passionate Banging to Hades. At the same time, Gatsu fires Bang, and Abigail stops Passionate Banging. Gatsu says to Max that they did them a favor, and this is the Internal Affairs' business. Max says they're just doing their job so mind Gatsu's business, and he thought they agreed not to interfere in each other's business so they'll have to go by their rules. When Gatsu says it's same, Max uses Partial Teleportation to him.
Gatsu tries to fire to Max, but Abigail uses a dropkick to Max and eventually, he isn't attacked by Bang.
While the Internal Affairs and they're fighting against each other, Hades escape safely and move on to the next target.
Max says to Gatsu that stop fighting because Hades is gone, and Gatsu says let's take a break. Balack says to Monkey face and Mole face that he'll take the other arms first and give them back once he tear them up. Gatsu says he'll unconfines the arms from the flat surface and give them back to them. Gatsu healing to Monkey face and Mole face. Gatsu says to Max that the Internal Affairs are just competing against them and that's it for round one. And the Internal Affairs are disappear by teleportation. Balack angry and says to Gatsu that Monkey looking dude had him in trouble. Gatsu says they should know how dreadful Balack's ability is by now. Gatsu recalls Bishop said that having experienced this she hope they draw a bigger picture from this incident. Gatsu thinks he just drew a rough sketch for the big picture.
While they're eating, Monkey guy takes away the energy of the people who're exercising and transfers them. Max thinks Gatsu is just trying to be nice to them and then catch them off guard. At this time, they and Internal Affairs are hear that Hades is at the Palace now. In the Palace, Max is ordered by the Chief of here that he protect the Intersecting Space so they don't let Hades get there and he want his team to guard the place right now, and he'll send a Transcriptome defense and reinforcements to him. And the Chief of here orders to their member that he issue an emergency alert in here and call the Command Center of Holy See immediately. The Internal Affairs also arrives the Palace and they cover the Intersecting Space. Black hair asks they'll request Transcriptome defense first and Gatsu answers that they already requested that and let's hurry up and surround the Intersecting Space before they takes their spot. Gatsu wears a transparent mask and thinks they're reacting much faster than he thought so they don't have much time to draw an even bigger picture.
Monkey guy asks to Max that what should they do when the Internal Affairs enters the area. Max thinks Gatsu's kindness made their guard down. Max orders the Internal Affairs is all facing the Hades and they should help them cover the Intersecting Space better and as long as no one crosses the line there's no need for any conflict. Gatsu approached to Monkey guy, because he'll pretend to worry to his arm, and he stuns him with tools. And Gatsu shoots a gun on Yellow green's head, who was moved Monkey guy, then thinks he won't let him die in vain. Max reports to the Chief of here that the patrols and firefighters are on standby around the Palace. Max thinks he'll has to leave a message to the agent of here on the Internal Affairs team, but he notices that his personal line pad is disconnected.
Max thinks he should still be able to connect to Yellow green even when he's near the Intersecting Space, so he checks the inbox then sends the message. Gatsu slips the gun into Monkey guy's hand and he thinks, Hades will blow this place up anyway so even when the memory tracers come they won't find out what happened. At this time, a message comes to Yellow green. Gatsu thinks Yellow green's personal pad should be disconnected and this is a one-way connection network. Gatsu forces open message and sees and thinks this isn't the Internal Affairs' line. Gatsu senses Yellow green was in league with here so he sees it now their attacker ratio is why it was different from Internal Affairs'. Gatsu thinks this way will be responsible for this issue for executing a spy, then all eyes will be on the Internal Affairs. Gatsu thinks this way is he can't let people think that here's overreacting to the Internal Affairs and they're going over the line, and he has to makes people think that they've has crossed the line, and the opportunity that will empower the Bishops who insist on breaking up here. Gatsu again hands the gun and plans he needs one more sacrifice. And the muzzle of a gun is pointing to Gray marks.
Gatsu thinks Balack came out of nowhere so he guess he'll have to wake up Monkey guy now. Gatsu wakes Monkey guy with a tool. Monkey guy is embarrasses because Gray marks is dead and at this time, Yellow hair appears here. Gatsu shoots Bang to Monkey guy and says to Yellow hair that he'll tell Max right now because why did he killed Gray marks. When Yellow hair is disappears, Gatsu thinks things are getting better than he thought and now he just need to send a message to Hades to clean up the mess, and Balack sees it and makes a meaningful look. When Black hair takes pictures of dead Gray marks, Max says to stop, and pushes him hard to his hand. Gatsu points his fingers to Max and shamelessly says that, when Quanxs collide one another and self-defend they can die any time, but they caught the Internal Affairs off guard and pinned them down and pulled the trigger in the back twice, so this was clearly a premeditated murder therefore Max should ask him again about what Yellow hair saw. Max thinks something's wrong and if the news spread to Holy See, they'll breaking up them. Max says he can't accept until this case is investigated so they'll not prejudge things. Then Hades appears and says the Internal Affairs should takes care of their dead friend. Yellow green was cubed by Hades. Hades puts all search teams of them and the Internal Affairs in the cube.
Gatsu thinks he'll penetrate anything, and shoots Bang but the cube instantly recovers, he thinks Hades trying to kill him too. Abigail beats cube and thinks it's unbreakable. Yellow hair says Abigail just hold onto his shoulder, and he teleports them. Max thinks this should solve the problem because this way there's no evidence. Gatsu shoots Bang to Yellow hair's body part and says he'll die if he doesn't heal him right now so he should get them out. When they're escape the cube, this is compressed. Gatsu orders to Balack that he fold Yellow hair for him, and he says to Max that he has to save him and he need help from the Health Bureau, and since Hades swallowed both the murderer and the murdered so he's the only witness that can prove the murder. Max angry, so he punches Gatsu and stuns him.
Black hair puts into a hand to earth and mimicries a big hand to earth. The big earth hand beat to them, but it's blocked on the cube. At this time, Abigail makes a drop kick to Max. Hades starts to shrinks the cube. Abigail says to Max that the cube seems like he can get rid of it, but he blushes his checks and says he's a little sensitive. And Abigail explains he puts his hand on the cube and vibrate against it and then add the frequency of the vibration using his acceleration ability until it resonates with the target's frequency and he just has to maintain that frequency and it's like a singer breaking a wine glass by making his voice resonate with it. Then the cube is breaks. Abigail says it's simple physics that he learn when he's a teenager, and he used to does this vibrating a lot. Hades looks flustered and thinks his cube, the strongest thing in the universe is humiliated by that fishball so he'll get rid of this dirty feeling first, so he tries to explode by pressing the cube. Gatsu is embarrassed and thinks Hades could blow them all up, so he shouts it's explosion.
When Hades tries to hit the cube and teleportation, Black hair uses earth mimicry to wrap the cube, and Balack and Mole face use their abilities to block the aftermath of the explosion. But the shock is so serious that all of them are stunned for a while. Max feels soothing summer breeze and thinks he wonder where it's coming from, and he hears someone's call. At this time, Abigail blows in Max's ear. Max takes away the witness from Gatsu, and thinks that was disgusting but he got to wake up first and found their team member.
Gatsu goes with the Internal Affairs to them. Max reports to the Director of here that the explosion happened outside the security area so they're all clear here. The Director of here says the Transcriptome shield just arrived from the Command Center. Gatsu says Max must give him back the witness that he stole, but he refuses, and the Transcriptomes are arrives. Max says to Command Center that the Internal Affairs are interfering with their mission so please keep them out of the Intersecting Space. Gatsu thinks the support teams for both sides will be arriving soon and that means he can't finish the big picture and they'll have to focus on capturing Hades now, since the Intersecting Space is now covered by the Transcriptome shield, but if Max's team move until the support team arrives, he can find the witness again. At this time, an explosion takes place in the downtown. Max, Mole face, and Abigail moving by hover board with the firefighting team. Max orders to Mole face that the Internal Affairs guys will be tougher this time trying to find the witness so he stay on his guard and especially when he build a firewall. Balack, Gatsu, and Black hair also moving by hover board. Gatsu soothes Balack and orders he's on his own now but they can start chasing down Hades when the supporting teams arrive for both teams and teleporting Quanxs are added, and what they can do now is saving lives and opening up space so that firefighting team can build up firewalls, and it'll be a chaos there so chaotic that people won't even know what's happening right next to them, so he can goes get the witness before the supporting team arrives do it his way. Max orders Mole face to help the firefighting team. And Max orders Abigail that he also help the firefighting team, so stop protecting him because he can take care of himself, but he suddenly picking his nose and looking at him with the suspicious eyes. At this time, Balack makes a wall to paper and raids Max.
Abigail pulls on Max's legs. Balack beats Max and robs witness. Abigail breaks the wall and rescues Max. Gatsu heals to injured people and sees the supporting team for them arrived, so he calls to Balack but he's not picking up the phone, so he goes to him and thinks he spent way too much time impressing the firefighting team. The supporting team for them discovers Balack is beating up Mole face. The supporting team for them reports Max that Mole face's both arms and legs are torn. Max, Abigail and supporting team for the Security Department are arrive and Balack is beaten by Max so he stuns. Max feels nauseated and dizzy and he can't see and keep standing so he says he thinks it's because Balack hit him a while ago. Purple skin takes them to the medical room in the transport. Since Balack is a class two Quanx so Brown hair holds him with his binding ability. A member says Mole face got lynched after having both his arms and legs torn up right in front of them and that was Balack, and what would happen if they contain their anger and let Holy See take care of it. That a member is Tear and he wears a more rounded mask than in the past. Tear says they should pay the Internal Affairs back.
Tear says Max isn't here with them so they can just say that there was a lack of leadership and they've a good excuse at least, and Balack did this to Mole face and if don't do anything, that'll cause more problems so if he use his skill first, he'll start bleeding so first they'll beat him. At this time, Balack is wakes up. Abigail calls to June that Max was taken to the medical room now he'll move on to the next mission and he doesn't think they'll be much help to him so he'll goes here and tell Agnes about this and bring him a gun on the way. When the guys beat to Balack, Tear is look on with folded arms. The supporting team for the Internal Affairs come to rescue Balack. Max calls Abigail and says he should bring Yellow hair from Balack to them and he's already asked Agnes because he can't control them right now. Balack is released from the Binding by an attack from Black hair who's beats to Brown hair in a fight between the Internal Affairs and them. Tear cuts Balack's arm with his ability.
Balack releases Gatsu from the Planar Constraint. Gatsu sees the inspectors of the Internal Affairs and the Security agents dead, and asks why did him plain confine him. Balack answers that he has the witness so attacks of here will be focused on him but it was his mistake that he thought it was the best way to do it. At this time, Abigail and June are appears and he says he want the witness. Purple hair appears and attacks June. Black hair also tries to attack Abigail. Gatsu's an arm is broken by Abigail and aimed by BB gun in his mouth, and Abigail threatens to Balack. After all, Balack hands Abigail a person and his limbs which were confined into planes. Abigail shoots June to BB gun, and others are astonished at the sight. Abigail and June are disappear. Gatsu heals his arm and orders to Purple hair that he take the Yellow hair to the locker in the transport now, and he says to Balack that they've the witness from here and those priests will be back with real guns next time, and before things get any more complicated so they'll get Hades and head back. The Chief of here reports to someone that, they divided the personnel from here into two groups to focus on capturing Hades after Holy Madonna returned to the Palace and one for guarding the there and restoring the damaged downtown area and the other for collecting the dice bombs that he created. The Chief of here thinks it's possible that they're fighting against the Internal Affairs team because Max is absent. Abigail shows Max to Tear, who's he had saved before. Max thinks he has a feeling that they were a step behind. The agents restore the damaged downtown area and collect the Hades' dice bomb. In the bunker, the breaking news informs, Hades, who's blew up the Palace and the downtown area was caught last night and he was sent to the Internal Affairs Department and is imprisoned, and all the explosives in the city have been removed so everyone should be able to go back home by this afternoon. When someone cusses out the Chief of here, after that he also cusses out Max. The Bishop saw 2 Internal Affairs agents dead, and she says to Gatsu that this is a high quality picture so now she want him to finish up the details so the art won't lose its value, and now they can make the dissolution of here as the main issue on the agenda of Holy See's Command Center.
Since Hades was arrested
Tear wakes up at the medical center from here. The doctor says when Tear was first transported here his limbs were torn off with the Plane Confinement, just like another guy who came in. Tear thinks he's Balack and he goes to the restroom, but doctor is embarrassed. Tear finds out that Balack has taken away his Little Pleasure. Tear screams. The doctor says Mole face can't use Quanx skills anymore because a grade-3 will lose Quanx ability if he lose a part of the body that activates the Quanx skills even if the body part is recovered, and he consoles that he doesn't take it too hard if he get a Booster gun or something he could still work for here it might do the same thing as his skills, but he's disappointed, he apologizes that he blabbed too much nonsense. Mole face falls into sadness when he listens to the doctor. The news spread throughout the whole Holy See. Holy See's Command Center is in an uproar right now. There was a collision between here and the Internal Affairs Department because of an escaped prisoner and the Command Center said they'll be investigating the case on their own. The two groups are hostile toward each other but they're the same family. It was the result of an overheated competition to take a better position in the See and that went over the line. The unbearable arrogance of here, and they're just some minions of the big shots from the See at best, and they're worst corrupted group of elites, so they've to be dissolved. While Max is confused and embarrassed, Gatsu makes an exultant look.
Yellow hair says to Purple hair that the Internal Affairs don't hold him in here and he told him that he'll continue with his recovery at here, and they'll be in big trouble if the See's Command Center finds out that they kidnapped one of the Security agents, and the food here is the worst he's ever had. The Command Center agent asks this projected memory is obvious what happened there, and what is Max's reason behind proposing that the evidence submitted by the Internal Affairs Department is one-sided. Max answers that Monkey guy is an elite from the planet Gout and like the duty reports that they submitted he's been a very reasonable and rational agent. Gatsu claims Monkey guy is so clever that he took advantage of the situation. Max says if the Command Center agent watch it over again, there's something awkward about it and it's like the Internal Affairs Department has some sort of intentions that they kidnapped Yellow hair to draw the picture that they wanted by utilizing a part of his projected memory. Max demands a clearly projected image that isn't manipulated to cast away any doubts about this case, and they would like the Internal Affairs Department, who has been rejecting their proposal, to reveal the projected images of the memory of the two witnesses at the crime scene. Gatsu is embarrassed. The Command Center agent says it seems like a reasonable request that they can make and he orders Gatsu and Balack who're in the projected image here to project and submit their memories.
The Bishop says to her Guardian priest that when the Command Center is done investigating all archbishops will be called in regardless of its result, then she thinks this collision between they and Internal Affairs actually helped with the situation so they'll use this opportunity to start a war between the principalists and reformists, and it looks like that they'll get the result that they want because Gatsu's sketch was the decisive factor. Balack's memories are projected without any censoring in reverse order by a projector of the Command Center. The Internal Affairs see scenes, such as Tear was cut the thing off and Mole face's limbs was ripped by Balack so the bloodshed with them was caused. The projector suddenly gives up, tells something to Gatsu. The projector says Balack has memories which are Gatsu was killed members of the Internal Affairs members. Balack is wonders that a dispatched projector from the Command Center is behind all this happening. Gatsu smiles and thinks Balack thought he was a pushover. Glasses says to Purple skin that, the reformists will bring up the dissolution of their regardless of the results f the Command Center's investigation, and wonders who's responsible for this. Max angry and says Glasses is saying that he's to blame. The Chief of here reports to Agnes that he's in a very awkward situation because the Heads of Holy See have turned their eyes toward them. Agnes says she'll talk to the Duke, and whatever decision the See makes in the future she'll protect the Chief of here.
Max makes no sense, when he heard the answer from the investigator from the Command Center that they can't reveal the result of memory projection because groups in the See might abuse it. The Chief of here says he doesn't feel good about this and he feels like it was all a set up now and it feels as if things are happening according to the words of the Heads from the See. A ship with Mole face is approaching the atmosphere of the planet Gaia. In the past, Mole face says to the Chief of here that surface reason. Even if Mole face stayed here a little longer, except for the few best agents, everyone has to become a manager for a group within the See so he thinks that time just earlier for him, so he would like to go to the Management Department of the planet Gaia. The Chief of here says why there of all places that could be a minus for Mole face on his future promotions. Mole face says he's not interested in social status and he doesn't feel like moving around so much, and since this is a place where most Security agents hate to be he could probably stay there without anyone bothering him. Soon there'll be an unwelcome change within here and since Mole face can't use Quanx abilities anymore he's just a poor guy who can't do anything, so they'll send him to different places and he would absolutely hate that, so instead as a guy who lost Quanx abilities decided to choose where he want to be, and all of a sudden he thought of this place where all the trouble makers come at the end, the planet Gaia, he thought of someone who would eventually be here as long as he doesn't die, and when that happens he just want to face him as the manager of this place.
Hades' second escape[]
Max heard that Hades and rest are escaped again, and he says what is Internal Affairs trying to do this time. The Chief of here says it has to be an accident, and this is an opportunity for them and he'll go with them as well because the Directors will try to lead the command and they'll do everything they can to take care of this problem. The Chief of here orders he want Max to form a team and go guard the Palace immediately. Max thinks the Palace is at the highest security level in the See right now so Hades and rest wouldn't dare come back to there again, and he knew it but he didn't think that he'd be left out of the field like this. At this time, the Chief of here says to Glasses that he'll be going with his team. Abigail calls Max and says he can call him when he find Hades. Max answers that it isn't without an official order, and Abigail says this is a real gun, he thinks 'So what'. Gatsu asks the Command Center that they send Transcriptome unit. Command Center says that's something that needs to be approved by the Archbishop and the U.C.S., and when Hades terrorized the Palace was a special case because it was the Palace, and the U.C.S. checks the See every time a Transcriptome unit is on the move, and Hades won't escape just to attack there again and they've got new Transcriptome units set up at there, so even if that happens there's nothing to worry about. Gatsu accepts it, and asks at least the Command Center leave a record that the Internal Affairs requested it before them. After the phone call, Gatsu thinks it's fortunately because it's got rejected, and the record at the Command will show the Bishop how desperate they're.
Max asks to members that they can guard the Palace with him, but he's rejected. Purple skin and Glasses talk that the prisoners will being careful and if they're moving together, something should've happened by now, but they just escaped together so they'll split up already. At this time, a member is volunteering to join Max's team. They've got prisoner's signals on the Internal Affairs network.
